Summary: SilibaseMD-4309 Mould Release Agent for PU Footwear is mainly used for requiring post-processing of polyester & polyether PU s h o e sole, with water as dispersion medium, the dispersion is good. It does not contain any toxic substances, easy to spray, good ejection force, good weather resistance, stable storage performance, no corrosion on the mold surface, no dirt white phenomenon, especially in favor of the product after processing like painting, varnishing and adhesion.
Usage of SilibaseMD-4309 Mould Release Agent for PU Footwear:
● First use a suitable solvent or cleaning agents thoroughly washed to remove residual or other stains, then wipe the mould by a clean cloth or towel.
● Dilution ratio is 1:20(polyether) and 1:25(polyester). After dilution, spray by air-assisted equipment or used by brush or cotton cloth.
● Every time after releasing the entire mold evenly coated with a fresh layer of mold release agents, in order to ensure good release effect.
● Before doing post-processing, requiring wash by detergent or solvent after demoulding
