Brief Description of SilibaseLE-3254 PU Leather Wetting Agent:
● Suitable for water-based systems
● Polyether polysiloxane copolymer. It has good base material wetting effect and hydrolysis resistance in water formulation.
Performance of SilibaseLE-3254 PU Leather Wetting Agent:
Strong reduction of surface tension, improvement of wettability and leveling of substrates and long-term stability.
Product Characteristics:
Silicone surfactant is used in water-borne system, which strongly reduces the surface tension of the system, and has excellent wetting and shrinkage resistance of substrates. Long-term stability in paint system with pH=6-8.5.
Technical Indicators:
● Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid (when the temperature is below 15℃, it will become turbid and clear after heating, without affecting the use)
● Content of active substance: 100%
● Viscosity (25℃): 50-80CST
Suggested Additions: 0.2-1.0%
Storage of SilibaseLE-3254 PU Leather Wetting Agent:
25kgs/plastic drum or 200kgs/iron drum, stored in a cool, ventilated, dry place, shelf life of 2 years, according to non-hazardous chemicals. |
