Determination of sulfuric acid content in acid sulfate copper plating bath
Determination of sulfuric acid content: 1 reagent; 1) 0.1% methyl orange. Dissolve 0.1 g of this salt in 100 ml of water. 2) 1 equivalent of sodium hydroxide (40 g/L) 2.2 Analysis; 1) Use a pipette to draw 5 ml of the solution into a 250 ml Erlenmeyer flask. 2) Add 250 ml of distilled water, and add 10 drops of methyl orange indicator. 3) Titrate with 1 equivalent of sodium hydroxide solution to the pale green end point. 2.3 Calculation: 1ml equivalent sodium hydroxide=0.049g/sulfuric acid 1ml equivalent sodium hydroxide*9.8=g/L sulfuric acid 1ml equivalent sodium hydroxide*1.31=oz/gallon sulfuric acid D.
