Akeli has been focusing on the research and development and production of various new chemical materials products, such as polyetheramine, resin for optical grade polymer materials, high light transmission materials, etc. Through continuous independent innovation, the company has become a domestic leading technology-based enterprise producing polyetheramine and (meth)isobornyl acrylate on a large scale. The company’s polyetheramine products are widely used in wind power blade manufacturing, shale gas mining, polyurethane elastomers, environmental protection coatings and other fields, and have established a high competitive position in the domestic market; the company’s optical-grade polymer materials resin products are (A Base) isobornyl acrylate and other products, which are widely used in high-end automotive surface light-curing coatings.
In the first quarter of 2022, the wind power industry continued the strong demand in 2021, and the supply of Akely polyetheramine (MA-223) was in short supply; in the second quarter, the company stabilized its own production, and continued to uphold the priority of high-end, high-quality customers and good reputation customers. The idea is to ensure the stable supply of world-renowned companies such as Lanke Chemical, Schlumberger, PPG, DSM, and allnex. 2022
In the first half of the year, the company’s export volume to Japan, South Korea, North America and other regions remained stable, maintaining a good cooperative relationship with key customers.
At present, the company has 5 projects under development, among which the cycloolefin copolymer (COC/COP) material development project will be based on optical grade cycloolefin monomer products to develop products with high light transmittance, low birefringence, low water absorption, high rigidity, high Optical-grade cycloolefin polymer products (COC/COP) featuring heat resistance and good water vapor air tightness meet the requirements of new materials for high-definition lenses, pharmaceutical packaging, and the latest generation of display screens, and are currently in the process of downstream customer verification. The company’s optical grade cycloolefin polymer product (COC/COP) thousand-ton production line design work has been completed, and the industrial preparation and construction are in steady progress.
