Application
Add After DEXMODU® RN, the two-component adhesive must be used within the pot life. The pot life is not only related to the polymer content in the adhesive, but also to other components (such as resins, antioxidants, plasticizers, solvents, etc.) As the pot life approaches, which is usually a few hours or a working day, the adhesive becomes It is more difficult to apply and the viscosity rises quickly. Eventually, an irreversible gel appears.

The amount of cross-linking agent required for the adhesive You can refer to the following data:
100 Parts by mass of adhesive                                        Desmodu® RN dosage
DE SMOCO® (Hydroxypolyurethane)
( Polyurethane content is about 20%) 4-7
Bayer Ping® (Neoprene)

(rubber content about 20%) 4-7

Packaging
Metal Bottled: 0.75kg 1L bottle

Storage
in Stored in the original sealed packaging at 23°C, the product has a shelf life of 6 months.
All Desmodu® products are sensitive to moisture conditions and react with water to produce carbon dioxide and insoluble urea, so the container must be tightly sealed. The introduction of water in any form (humid containers, aqueous solvents, humid air) should be avoided, otherwise the carbon dioxide produced may cause a dangerous increase in pressure within the container.
Exposed Exposure to air or light will accelerate yellowing, but will have no impact on the basic performance of the product.

Disposal
Useless Product residues should be incinerated according to local regulations and should refer to the European Waste Catalog (EWC) industrial waste coding details. See material safety information for details.
No In areas subject to German packaging regulations, carefully cleaned containers or packaging may be incinerated in local or industrial incinerators. For containers that have not been cleared of contaminants, hazard labels should be retained.
