SilibaseRA-4LED Epoxy Resin LED Release Agent is external spraying type mold release oil. SilibaseRA-4LED Epoxy Resin LED Release Agent has good performance on high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, mold surface lubrication and ensure the gloss of epoxy LED surface. SilibaseRA-4LED Epoxy Resin LED Release Agent has good compatibility with various organic compounds, moderate volatile, without solvent residual, volatile moderate and has recoated property.

Usage Advice:
● Cleaning of the mold with a solvent or cleaning agent to remove the old residual mold release agents or other dirty then wipe clean with a clean cloth
● After stir well, use a spray gun evenly spray release oil on the mold.
● Wait epoxy finished warming or after curing and then take it out.
Caution & Storage:
● Use adequate protection when handling any release solvent system.
● Storage 18 months hermetically under indoor normal temperature.
● Wear safety glasses or their equivalent to prevent eye injury.
● Avoid inhalation of excessive amount of solvent vapor.
