Performance and Use:
SilibaseSR-6237 Silicone Resin Paint has excellent high temperature resistance and water and moisture resistance, as well as good electrical insulation performance and arc resistance. It is also excellent in weather resistance, chemical stability and corrosion resistance. This product is widely used as a high temperature resistant anticorrosive coating (up to 500℃), which can be fully cured at room temperature and has better baking and curing properties. It can also be used as Class H insulating coating.

● Exterior: Light yellow to colorless transparent liquid, allowing milky white light, no mechanical impurities
● Solid: 50±1%
● Viscosity: 25~65 seconds (4cups)
● Epoxy Value: 0.02～0.07
Packaging and Storage:
This product is packed in 200kg iron drum, stored in a cool and dry place. The storage period is tentatively set for half a year to prevent direct sunlight, avoid contact with acid and alkali, and store and transport according to dangerous goods.
Construction Reference:
● Two-component curing at room temperature. It is used in combination with 650 polyamide or T-31. The amount of 650 is 10-15% of the total amount of resin, and the amount of T-31 is about 7% of the total amount of resin.
● High temperature baking curing, heating to 180~200℃ for one and a half hours fully cured.
● The dilution solvent used in this product shall not contain water, acid, alkali, amine compounds, sulfur compounds, pyridine and its impurities, otherwise it will affect the adhesion, dryness and other properties of the resin paint film.
● This product contains flammable and explosive solvents such as xylene and volatilizes. During the processing, attention should be paid to strengthen the site ventilation, pay attention to fire prevention, and strictly cut off the fire source. Operators should pay attention to labor protection.
● The equipment and utensils used in the processing of this product must be clean. Strictly prevent the incorporation of dust and foreign matter and bring water. |
