Performance and Use:
SilibaseSR-6504 Smokeless Silicone Resin is newly developed by our company. It has excellent properties such as high activity, high hardness, no hot tack, low light loss, heat and no smoke. It is mainly used as a base resin for paints and coatings for baking ovens, baking trays, household appliances, etc. It can also be used as a mica board adhesive and a magnesium oxide powder moisture-proof treatment agent.
Main Specifications of SilibaseSR-6504 Smokeless Silicone Resin:
● Exterior: Colorless or light-yellow transparent liquid, no mechanical impurities
● Viscosity (Coating – 4cups, 25℃, S): 12～30
● Solid content (150℃，2h)，%: ≥50
Packaging: 200kg iron drum
Storage: Stored in a cool and dry place, to prevent direct sunlight, avoid contact with acid and alkali.

Instructions for Use:
● This product should avoid contact with acid, alkali, organic salt and amine when it is used. Otherwise, it will accelerate the curing and gelation, which will affect the performance of the product.
● This product can be diluted with ketones, esters, toluene, xylene, etc. In order to fully demonstrate the excellent performance of the resin, it is preferred to bake and cure at 280 to 300℃ for 0.5 to 1 hour. |
