Capabilities and Use:
SilibaseSR-6023 Silicone Resin for Coating is made of hydrolyzed silicone alcohol and epoxy resin by special process. It has the advantages of both epoxy resin and silicone resin. It has excellent heat resistance and anti-corrosion performance, oil resistance, moisture resistance, insulation, strong adhesion, and can be solidified at low temperature. It is suitable for the deployment of various series of high temperature resistant coating, weather resistant coating, anti-corrosion coating for the inner wall of high temperature equipment and H-class silicone insulating paint.

● Exterior: Light yellow to light brown liquid, allowed Milky white light, no mechanical impurities
● Viscosity (coating – 4 cups, 25℃, S): 15~48
● Solid content (150℃, 2h,), %: 50±1
● Epoxy value (equivalent / 100g): 0.02~0.08
● Drying time (200℃, h): ≯1.5
● Heat resistance (250℃, 200h): No blistering, No cracking
Packaging and Storage:

Construction Reference:
● This product should avoid contact with acid, alkali, organic salt and amine, otherwise it will accelerate curing, gelation and other phenomena, which will affect product performance.
● The diluent used shall not contain moisture, sulfide and other impurities, otherwise it will affect the adhesion, dryness and other properties. |
