Latest News: This month, the Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, together with the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Social Affairs Commission, the Municipal Economic and Information Bureau, the Municipal Education Bureau, the Municipal Bureau of Culture, Broadcasting, and Tourism, and the Municipal Office of Public Affairs, jointly issued a notice. The first batch of establishment units of the city’s near-zero carbon emission zone pilots was announced, and Nippon Paint (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. was listed as a “near-zero carbon emission industrial enterprise pilot”.
“Low-carbon-near-zero-carbon-zero-carbon” emissions are the basic path and necessary process for the realization of the “dual-carbon” strategic goal, and near-zero carbon is an important transitional stage to achieve carbon neutrality.
