Product Introduction
PCDL is a polycarbonate diol ring-opened with polyol, which is professionally used in the high-end polyurethane industry.
Compared with general polyester and polyether diols, PCDL shows quite excellent mechanical properties, hydrolysis resistance, weather resistance and solvent resistance. It is widely used in synthetic leather, thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU), elastic fibers, adhesives, coatings, etc. If there is a special need to improve durability, PCDL will be the best choice.
The breaking strength of polyurethane products made of PCDL is higher than that of polyurethane products made of polytetrahydrofuran ether, hexylene adipate and polycaprolactone polyol, in terms of heat resistance, weather resistance, water resistance and The solvent performance is better than other polyols, but the elongation at break is lower.
