The present invention adopts a method of adding a compound surfactant and rare earth element lanthanum (La) to a nickel (Ni)_molybdenum (Mo)_tungsten (W) plating solution to prepare a co-deposition coating, and the resulting compound surfactant/La -Ni-Mo-W codeposition coating has the advantages of uniform thickness, high hardness, good wear and corrosion resistance, good stability and high hydrogen evolution activity.
