Ytterbium-added nickel-phosphorus alloy electroplating bath
◇Characteristics: Ytterbium ion and ammonium bifluoride are added to the electroplated nickel phosphorus alloy. Ions make the solution efficient and stable, and ammonium bifluoride plays a better buffering effect, keeping the pH value of the solution constant, so the obtained coating is uniform and dense, with the advantages of high hardness and good corrosion resistance. ◇Usage and usage This product is mainly used for electroplating nickel-phosphorus alloy liquid. The method of using electroplating nickel-phosphorus alloy solution is to adjust the pH value of the electroplating solution to 2.0-4.0 with 5%-10% dilute sulfuric acid, the best pH value is 2.5-3.5, and then heat the electroplating solution to 50-75 ℃, the best constant temperature is 55-65℃, put the workpiece, where the cathode is the workpiece, the anode is nickel metal, and the cathode current density is 1-2A/dm2. ◇Recipe
◇How to make (1) Nickel sulfate, nickel chloride, boric acid, ammonium bifluoride, ytterbium chloride or ytterbium nitrate are dissolved in water and mixed well; (2) Dissolve sodium hypophosphite in water; (3) Under stirring conditions, slowly pour the sodium hypophosphite solution into the solution of (1) and stir evenly; (4) Add distilled water or deionized water to the specified volume, and stir evenly. ◇Precautions: The range of weight (g) of each component of this product is: nickel sulfate 180~220, nickel chloride 29~31, sodium hypophosphite 30~50, boric acid 20-30, ytterbium chloride 0.2-0.5 or ytterbium nitrate 0.3-0.6, ammonium bifluoride 15-25, water to 1L. |
