Chemical composition:
33% triethylenediamine solution.
Triethylenediamine is solid at room temperature, so it is inconvenient to use as a polyurethane catalyst. In industrial applications, it is often melted in a small molecule glycol and configured into an alcohol solution with a mass fraction of 33% (or other concentration) for use.
Commonly used diols are dipropylene glycol, propylene glycol, diethylene glycol (diethylene glycol), ethylene glycol, etc.

Product usage:
The active ingredient of polyurethane catalyst A33 is triethylene diamine, which is a solution of 33% triethylene diamine and 67% dipropylene glycol. Mainly used as a gel catalyst for polyurethane foams, widely used in soft, semi-rigid, and rigid polyurethane foams, coatings, and elastomers. In the polyurethane foaming system, isocyanate first reacts with triethylenediamine to form an active complex The nature of the complex is very unstable. Once the urethane bond is formed, it will be freed, which is conducive to further catalysis. Triethylenediamine has a strong effect on the gel reaction and the foaming reaction. Catalysis, especially for polyurethane and hydroxyl, is more selective. A33 is mainly used as a gel catalyst for polyurethane foam, and is widely used in soft, semi-rigid, and rigid polyurethane foam, elastomers, coatings, etc.
Storage and transportation:
Should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse
Packaging:
200KG/bucket Storage: It is recommended to store in a dry and cool area with proper ventilation. After the original packaging, please fasten the packaging cover as soon as possible to prevent the product performance from being mixed with other substances such as waterproof grade. Store in a cool, dry place, keep the container tightly closed, and avoid contact with oxides. Do not inhale dust and avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the workplace. After work, take a shower and change clothes. Store contaminated clothes separately and use them after washing. Maintain good hygiene habits.
